Workmorphis proudly sponsored the 3rd Annual Garden Gala<\/a> held on May 2 in support of Cincinnati-based nonprofit The Love Grows Program<\/a> (LGP). Team members Emily Fabiano, Founder and President, and Nicholas Klein, Consultant, attended. This marked Workmorphis\u2019 second year as a sponsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Led by executive director Maggie Welt<\/a>, MSW, LGP provides full-time, tuition-free, high-quality early childhood education to Cincinnati families whose incomes fall below 200% of the federal poverty line. The program emphasizes the whole child, which includes the family unit. Through their commitment to wraparound service, LGP offers a resource room, clothing pantry, laundry services, job training, and financial assistance. The program aims to increase student and family success by providing individualized support for each unique situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Garden Gala, LGP’s most significant annual event, raised over $40,000 this year. These gifts will enable the organization to support four additional students and their families next school year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLGP has such a special mission,\u201d said Klein, who serves as a member of the organization\u2019s advisory board. \u201cAs workforce problem solvers, we recognize the importance of wraparound services to individual success, and LGP takes that a step further with their family-level approach to early-childhood education. Their hyper-local, impact-driven perspective really showed in the community that came out to support them this evening.
